Candlelight Reiki Restorative Yoga

Fridays: 6:00 - 7:00 PM EST 

Relax into the weekend with me on Fridays at Yoga Blue NPT.  This super cozy and nurturing class is all about softening and opening in a supportive way.  There are many benefits to a restorative practice, including but not limited to improving sleep, boosting immunity, balancing the nervous system, aiding in digestion, and improving mood.  Restorative yoga is a wonderful way to deeply release and open the body, helping to let go and create space for all you'd like to welcome in.  Students will be receiving Reiki during the restorative portion of the workshop.  Reiki is universal energy that encourages healing through relaxation and stress reduction.  During a session Reiki flows from the practitioner's hands to the student, which is typically done through touch or hovering.

All levels welcome!  Students will be guided to use props to allow for deeper relaxation and openings.  Please have 2-3 pillows (or yoga bolster), 2 blankets, and 2 blocks (if you don't have yoga blocks then thick books or small boxes will work too).

Donation Based Restorative Yoga

Illuminating Intuition

(A Virtual Workshop)

Discover the tools to nurture your soul and reconnect to your inner wisdom.  Join me for this empowering where you will learn how to tap into intuition.  Your inner guidance is your compass, your inner knowing.  You have everything you need within you.

During this workshop you will learn how to release emotional/energetic blocks through gentle yoga, breath, and awareness, which clears the way to connect deeply to our intuitive guidance.  From here you will learn how to access your inner knowing and receive insights openly through guided journaling prompts.  This communication is a great way to gain clarity, inner wisdom, and personal guidance for any topic desired.

PRIVATE & GROUP SESSIONS

Laughing Yoga

Private Yoga 

Schedule a private one on one session for 75 minutes.  Choose from a vinyasa, restorative, or flow & restore style class.  Attention will be made to alignment, safety, movement, and breath.  These private sessions will be designed specifically to meet the needs of the client's physical, emotional, and energetic body.

Group Yoga

 

Interested in practicing with a group?  Make it a party!  Practicing yoga as a community can be a powerful way to connect with others, through shared movement and breath.
